I recently stayed at Hotel Miramare in Sorrento and had a mix of experiences. The stunning views over the Bay of Naples were a highlight, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. However, the staff’s attitude left much to be desired; they often seemed unhelpful and uninterested. Despite enjoying the modern rooms and the relaxing pool area, the overall service really put a damper on my stay.
